Boom Over the Bay, sponsored by Put-in-Bay businesses and Friends of the Bay, will begin at dusk. Fireworks are shot off a barge in the downtown harbor. Everyone is welcome, with the best view from the lawn of Perry’s Victory and International Peace Memorial.
