The Amazing Island Raise

“The Amazing Island Raise” will take place on Saturday, June 8th, here on Put-in-Bay. The race, which mirrors “The Amazing Race” television show, will have teams competing to solve clues, complete challenges and win prizes, plus raise funds for Joyful Connections, a supervised visitation and exchange center in Oak Harbor that provides a child-focused, healthy, safe and homelike environment where children can visit and stay connected with family members.
Those who participate and pay the $40 entry fee get round-trip transportation to South Bass Island on the Miller Ferry, team T-shirts, drawstring backpacks and food after the event.
